I thought these would be a little better for what they cost. The candles are fine, but there’s just something about it that didn’t feel like it was worth the money. I’ve bought cheaper ones that smelled just as nice and lasted about the same. Overall, the value just didn’t really add up for me, so I probably wouldn’t order them again.

I liked the look of the jar and it fit nicely with my decor, and the scent was fine too. I’ve been using it here and there without any major problems, but after burning it a bit I did notice some soot building up on the jar, which I wasn’t really expecting.

I was a little let down by the fragrance selection. I wanted to like the options, they just felt limited, and a lot of the scents seemed way too similar to each other.
For a candle site, I was expecting more variety, especially some fresher or more interesting picks. I didn’t end up buying much because nothing really grabbed me

I reached out twice by email about an issue with my order and never heard anything back. Not even a quick “we’re looking into it” or some kind of update, which made it feel like my message was just being avoided.
I understand places get busy, but leaving customers hanging like that isn’t really fair. It was frustrating enough that I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund. Still nothing. I’ve tried reaching out to support, but they barely reply, which makes the whole thing even more frustrating. Just really annoying at this point.

I really wanted to like this, but I could barely smell it at all. Am I missing something? The scent throw was super weak for me, even after giving it some time.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the jar looks kind of cheap in person. The lid also feels a bit flimsy and awkward to use, which makes the whole thing feel less sturdy than I expected

I was so let down when this candle arrived. From the photos, I thought it was going to look cute and classy, but opening the package felt like a tiny betrayal.
The label was crooked, the jar looked weirdly cheap, and the whole thing had this sad discount-bin energy. Even the color looked dull in person, like all the charm had been drained out of it.

Maybe it burns perfectly fine, who knows, but I bought it because I wanted something nice to display in my room. i don’t even want it sitting out where people can see it.

It smelled really nice when I first lit it, so I was kind of hopeful. But the wick was just not good, like it kept getting too short and then drowning itself in the wax after maybe an hour or so. I tried trimming it and moving some wax around, which felt annoying to even do, but it still burned all uneven and then went out again. For the price, it was frustrating. I don’t think I’d buy from illumecandles.com again

I waited and waited for this to arrive, and it still showed up late. the shipping took way too long, way too long. Not really happy with the experience.

The candles seem nice, but the website got on my nerves. Pages felt slow, the menus were confusing, and it took way too long just to find basic stuff. I don’t really have the patience to dig around that much when I’m trying to shop.

I ordered this candle because it reminded me of one my sister always has burning at her place, so I was excited to get it. Unfortunately, the delivery was all over the place. It showed up late, and the tracking didn’t really give me much useful info along the way.

I ordered two vanilla candles, but my package had one vanilla and one floral scent that I definitely didn’t choose. The packing slip showed the right order, so I’m not really sure where things went wrong. I emailed customer service, but getting it fixed has been taking longer than I expected. For such a simple order, it’s been frustrating, and it left me feeling a bit disappointed

The box showed up smashed, especially around the corners, and the packaging inside didn’t seem like it protected the candle much at all. When I opened it, the candle was cracked and there were little messy bits everywhere. Disappointing.

I bought this as a birthday gift, the timing just made it feel worse. I needed something that felt a little more special, but the packaging was plain and the candle looked smaller than I expected. If I’d had more time, I probably would’ve picked something else. I felt kind of awkward handing it over.

I was hoping for some fun seasonal scents, but it felt like the same ones they always have. My sister even mentioned that nothing really stood out or felt special for the season. Kind of a letdown overall
